The staff at the hotel were very friendly and tried to help with issue. Breakfast was good. Room was cold but after closing the window ( inside facing) it was better. There was an opening at the top of the bathroom wall, thus the bathroom light shines into the sleeping area.

There was no hot water at all . Was told to run the water for 5 mins but running it for over 10 mins still no hot water. Front desk did try to help and the water became hot for a few minutes. But when we tried to take a shower there was again no hot water. We ran the water for 15 mins or longer and there was absolutely no hot water. Water pressure was on the weaker side. Staff was apologetic next morning and mentioned to run the water for 5 mins ( which did not work for us). Bed was a bit firm for us. There was no elevator in the hotel, thus having to carry the suitcase up 3 flights of stairs was not pleasant.
