Lo mejor la ubicación y la relación calidad precio. El apartamento estaba nuevo y el colchón era cómodo. El personal era muy amable y estaba todo muy limpio.
No tenía ascensor y no estaba claro al reservar. Viajamos con un niño pequeño y para salir y entrar del apartamento teníamos que cargar peso. Además, la cuna, si la querías había que pagar 10€.
El aire no funcionaba bien y los días de calor no enfriaba el apartamento. Al estar de un lado para otro, no pudimos coincidir con un tecnico para que lo arreglase.
El agua tenia muy poca presion y a ratos variaba. Quizás dependiendo de si había más o menos gente duchándose. Como se abriera un grifo o la cisterna mientras alguien se duchaba, el agua te quemaba

Brilliant apartment in easy reach of the train and bus stations and walking distance to the main old town areas including the cathedral. Situated in a street full of cafes and restaurants but all quiet from 11pm and not intrusive before then. Supermarket round the corner for self catering and many bread shops. (Market was all closed up🫤) plenty of kitchen equipment etc to be self sufficient.
Also liked the WiFi keyless entry once we got the hang of it!
Good shower and comfortable bed. Additional fan was welcome in the heat.
Almost instant response when WiFi code wasn’t where it should have been.
Would recommend this property to friends.

- L’appartement est bien équipé et bénéficie d’une bonne localisation.
- L'hôte est réactif et répond rapidement aux messages
- L’appartement donne sur une rue très animée, avec plusieurs bars. Le brouhaha continue jusqu’à environ 2 heures du matin. Et dès 7 heures, les camions commencent à décharger les fournitures destinées aux bars. Il était donc impossible de dormir correctement.
- L’appartement est situé au premier étage et l’immeuble ne dispose pas d’ascenseur. Avec des valises lourdes, l’accès peut donc être assez difficile.
- aucun service de nettoyage n’a été effectué pendant les 6 nuits de notre séjour.
- Lors du check-in, il a été demandé de trier les déchets. Cependant, les équipements mis à disposition ne permettent pas réellement de faire ce tri correctement : la poubelle fournie n’est pas adaptée et il n’y avait pas de sacs spécifiques pour chaque type de déchet.
