Unprofessional host

We were not allowed to check in despite having a confirmed reservation. The apartment was apparently given to other guests. The host deliberately ignored our calls and did not answer the phone when we tried to contact them. This was extremely unprofessional and left us without accommodation. I would not recommend this property.

Bad service

Very poor service. The host did not answer my phone calls at all. My family and I had to wait outside for 2 hours. Absolutely unacceptable. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I think the room here is okay. It is safe for a solo traveler. The security system is very good. There is a key card system for entering the building. You can cook conveniently.

I think it would be perfect if there was a hair dryer provided, but if you are a man staying there, you might like it.
