The location, the price and the quality of the room and shared areas were good for one traveler, but it would fit very well for a couple too.
I arrived by train from Osaka, and it was easy to find the hotel location. The rest of the days, I just walk around the city or took the bus.
The place has all the instructions you need and in english - which was very helpeful. Also it was easy to get in contact with them host when needed!

Good value for money. Nice location. Has common use washing machine (washing price - 200 yen) and dryer (100 yen - 30 min). That’s it with good things.
Very small rooms. No cleaning. You hear your neighbors as if they are in your room. Not much common space, no proper common kitchen.
Annoying communication - in every message you are told about the rules and penalties for not adhering to them. The whole building is full of different rules - every wall will have an A4 paper with how you should act.

Clean, pretty room, good location.
No shelves to put things on. No above ground level seating , had to buy a stool for my husband (over 6 feet) to sit on.
