This is a hotel that punches way above its weight. It's a smallish family-run hotel squeezed between big 5 star resorts on a premium strip of an incredible beach, so you get a super nice infinity pool and a 5 star beach at moderate 3 star prices. The rooms are spacious and very clean, with big bathrooms that have his and hers sinks (very important when travelling with a family!). While the breakfast was totally adequate but just ok (fresh farm yogurt, seasonal fruits, toast bread and baguette, an omlette station and a good range of asian dishes such as fo, sticky rice and dumplings, great coffee, watermelon juice), the view from the restaurant over the sea and the surrounding area is just out of this world. The breakfast is technically from 7 to 9:30 but people hang around long after that and the staff dont seem to mind.
The best thing about our holiday was the fact that we came during the off season, and most of the week we had the swimming pool and the beach all to ourselves. It got a bit busier over the weekend, mostly with Vietnamese tourists, but they keep themselves to themselves and it never feels crowded. It rained a couple of times, for like 10 minutes in the evening, and the rest of the time it was proper sunny and hot.
A lot of people complained here about the noise from the bar on the top floor - so come during the low season when its closed. It was dead quiet in July. If you want to party - come during the high season, and they have all kinds of fun cocktail parties, disco nights and happy hours to offer right there on the premises.
The area around is very lively with shops, restaurants and massage parlours, and awash with Russian tourists, of whom you get surprisingly few to none inside the hotel itself.
The summer is the kite surfers' season, so you get to see hundreds of them out in the sea, which looks very pretty and entertaining, even if you (like us) are not into beach sports yourself.
All in all, an incredible holiday.
This is more like a note rather than critisism - the superior rooms (which are the cheapest despite being called superior) dont have a balcony, which is not made very clear on the booking page. It does make you feel very boxed in and not like a holiday. Were were able to get moved to a different room after a couple of days and it made a world of difference. If having a room with a balcony is super important to you (like it is for us), pay a little bit extra for a room that clearly states that it has a balcony in it, you wont regret it.

I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this resort. The location is fantastic, with restaurants and shops just a short walk away, and it's right on the beachfront. You can easily spend the entire afternoon relaxing in the sun or watching the kite surfers. If you'd rather stay off the sand, the pool and bar provide the perfect place to unwind.
The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options, including healthy choices as well as delicious traditional Vietnamese dishes. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and always willing to help.
What impressed me most was their honesty. I accidentally left AUD 600 in my room after checking out. The housekeeper immediately handed it to the manager, who contacted me straight away. They even arranged to send the money by bus to the city I had travelled to, and I received every dollar back. That level of integrity is incredibly rare and says everything about the character of the staff. I can't thank them enough for their kindness and honesty.
I cant think of anything.

I thought the staff and location was great
I was a solo traveller and there was no lock on my balcony they offered to move me rooms but ever room seemed to be the same.
I was woken up twice on the next day when I was tired and wanted to lay in at 8am
