Sadama puhkemaja is a somewhat unusual accommodation, but in a very good way. When you book it, you are essentially getting two separate cottages standing right next to each other. One is the living cottage and the other is a dedicated sauna cottage. Both are similar in size and have front porches with outdoor furniture.
The living cottage has a combined dining and living area with a table and four chairs and one comfortable lounging chair. A small galley kitchen opens off this room and was perfectly adequate for preparing our dinner and breakfast. The bedrooms are at the back of the cottage. The cottage itself and all of the furnishings appeared to be quite new, and everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
The second cottage is devoted primarily to the sauna. It has a very large sauna, a large separate shower room immediately outside it, and a spacious lounging area with furniture. The sauna cottage does not have a toilet, but the living cottage has a very nice full bathroom with a toilet and another large shower. Because the two cottages are only a few steps apart, it is easy to go back and forth in a bathrobe, and having a separate shower immediately beside the sauna was especially nice.
The setting is what really makes the property special. The fronts of both cottages face the water and are essentially walls of glass, so you have wonderful views even when you are inside. Immediately in front is a small boat harbor, and beyond it are beautiful marshes, open water, and islands offshore. Outside, the porches are a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the view, although depending on the time of year, you should probably expect some insects given the wooded, marshy setting. There are other homes scattered around the area, including the owner’s summer house nearby, so it does not feel completely isolated.
The owner greeted us when we arrived and could not have been more hospitable.
It is a long way from the grocery store, but the rural location was part of the charm.

Väga mõnus ja hubane puhkemaja!
Jäime Sadama Puhkemajaga väga rahule. Maja on väga uus, puhas, kaasaegne ja hästi varustatud ning asukoht on suurepärane. Eriti meeldis meile see, et majas on saun, mille kasutamine oli juba hinna sees – väga mõnus lisaväärtus puhkuse jaoks.
Eraldi tahaksime kiita majutuse omanikku, kes oli väga vastutulelik ja abivalmis. Ta lubas meil kasutada ka oma kümblustünni, mille ise kaasa võtsime, ning võimaldas meile hilise check-out’i. Kõikides küsimustes oli omanik alati valmis aitama ja vastas kiiresti.
Suureks plussiks on kindlasti ka see, et otse maja ees on sadamakoht ning paadi ja veesõiduki veeskamise võimalus. See on väga mugav neile, kes tulevad oma paadi või näiteks Jet Skiga – nagu meie. Sadama ja veeskamise kasutamine maksab 12 € ning selle eest tuleb saata SMS.
Kokkuvõttes väga hea koht puhkamiseks, eriti kui soovid nautida nii sauna, vett kui ka oma veesõidukiga ringi sõita. Kindlasti soovitame ja tuleksime hea meelega ka uuesti!
