Opening the door to the magnificent view. Very comfortable and quiet.
Central location to Port Melbourne and City.
Friendly people.
A lot of searching to find the parking spot initially . Maybe photo could help as numbers aren’t in sequence.
Some milk to go with tea and coffee.
Just minor suggestions for future stays.

The view was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were modern and nice.
Overall the place felt a bit grimy. There was no glassware (both water glasses and wine glasses). The ironing board had bird poo on it and was left outside. Only an issue for us as we had a wedding to attend. The host didn’t drop off said items until the night before we left, resulting in us buying some new wine glasses and ironing clothing on the bed.
The couch had a lot of stains on it.
