The breakfast was excellent, and the building itself was impressive. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant offered a wide variety of both local and continental dishes. The location is excellent, you have easy access to many other facilities in Kumasi.
The check‑in experience was disappointing, as I didn’t feel genuinely welcomed. The staff should improve how they receive guests, and unfortunately the same attitude was shown again during check‑out. The speaker in the corridor was extremely loud, which affected the overall comfort. There was only one iron available on the third floor, and it wasn’t working. Additionally, ongoing construction works made both the mornings and afternoons quite noisy.
