Welcome to the Aquamarin vacation rental in Haus Arkona in Prora, located just about 50 meters from the Baltic Sea beach. This bright, 80-square-meter vacation rental is on the 3rd floor and combines proximity to the beach, comfort, and a quiet location in Binz Bay. The spacious living area is flooded with natural light and lovingly furnished. A cozy seating area, smart TV, wood-burning stove, and a small desk create a relaxing space for your vacation any time of year. In the evenings, indirect lighting creates a warm, cozy atmosphere.
The open-concept kitchen with dining area is fully equipped. An induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and plenty of kitchen utensils make self-catering pleasantly easy. From the dining area, you can look out through the pine trees of the Baltic Sea dunes toward the sea.
The living room opens onto the covered balcony. Here you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air, views of the greenery, and a partial view of the sea. Comfortable patio furniture, a parasol, and sunshades make the balcony a lovely spot for breakfast, reading, or relaxing in the evening after a day at the beach.
The bedroom features a box-spring bed with a full-length mattress, a wardrobe, a dresser, nightstands, and another smart TV with a DVD player. Blackout pleated blinds and insect screens ensure a restful night’s sleep.
