Great property- very clean and had everything we needed. Super close to Texas Tech and made transitioning between campus and "home" very easy. Host (Brenda) was very quick to answer any questions and could not have asked for better communication. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed here for Red Raider Orientation. I wouldn’t say it was walking distance to campus, but it’s very close. The home is cozy and clean. The owner was easy to reach and helpful. I would suggest adding a medium fry pan to the kitchen. We cooked breakfast both days and didn’t have a pan that worked very well. Also, the neighbors were pretty noisy at night. The back bedroom was much quieter than the front one. Overall, it was convenient and a good place to stay.
