The property features 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer. Additionally, guests can enjoy the convenience of WiFi, a washing machine, iron, and a hair dryer. The 2530 square foot apartment (235 sq meter) is located on the Rue di Rivoli, across from the Tuileries Garden in a refurbished 19th century building. Enjoy a variety of landmarks and French history in Quartier de la Place-Vendome!
It's the essence of the heart of the 'City of Light', On the corner of the famous 'Place de la Concorde', and close to the 'Champs Elysees'. Easy access to Metro Concorde line #1 (at the foot at the building). One minute to the 'Rue Royale' and the 'Rue Saint Honore', the apartment faces the 'Tuileries garden' (the “Central Park” of Paris) and is within walking distance to the 'Musee d'Orsay'. A 10-minute walk to the 'Seine River'. A 15-minute walk to the Louvre Museum. Ten minutes from the 'Place Vendome' in the high-fashion district, home of the most prestigious jewelry stores in the world (Van Cleef and Arpel, Maubusson, Cartier, Rolex, Patek Philipp, etc...) and the 'Ritz Hotel'. Excellent location in Paris central to everything, huge apartment thoughtfully stocked and laid out. Extras like power convertors strewn about are very thoughtful.We had 6 people and were not crowded in the least.

This appartment is an amazing opportunity for a once-in-a-lifetime chance to stay in a classic building with a dream location.The location is fantastic for visiting many of the major sites: Place de la Concorde, Tuileries Gardens, Louvre, Orsay, Champs-Élysées, Grand Palais, Arc de Triomphe are all either right there by the appartment, or within walking distance. The Concorde métro station is right across the street.There's a good view of the Eiffel Tower, too, so you can lean out the windows to watch the light show after dark.Jean-Pierre and Natalia are very responsive and address any questions/problems quickly.The space itself is charming, with all the delightful quirks of an early 19th-century Parisian appartment.A few things to be aware of: Only 1 room has any way to hang clothes; if you're not in that 1 room then you'll just have to drape items over a chair. One of the bathrooms is en suite, the other isn't.We were there during a heatwave, and although the apartment stayed cool enough, all the beds had only a duvet, with no simple sheets, so sleeping could be a bit warm. There are also only transparent lace curtains on all of the windows, even for the bedrooms. There are shutters for privacy; Natalia came and showed us how to close them because they can be tricky.

Excellent location for walking and using the metro. The property is spacious and has an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower.
