Great location, very clean, decent breakfast and flexible checkin time:).
It costs $2/kg to use the washing machine which is a bit pricey. But there are plenty cheaper options nearby.

We stayed in the big room outside of the main house, it is very comfortable and clean. The owners are very kind and going about with their lifes while we are having breakfast or arriving from a long temple visit. There was a book about the treasures of angkor in our room, that we used to inform ourselves before and during our visit. It made the experience even greater than it already was! Everything is in 10-20 min walking distance (spots to eat by the river or inner siem reap). We rented a scooter to go around ourselves, which was the most fun.
It can get loud during the night, as there are lots of dogs in the streets, so you might be awaken by a orchestra of howls and barks. But the owner already provides ear plugs.

Wspaniały homestay prowadzony przez przemiłą rodzinę. Przepięknie urządzony - z dużym gustem i wyczuciem klimatu - możesz to poczuć oglądając zdjęcia. Absolutnie czysto ! Bardzo wygodne łóżka, świetne śniadania. Właściel oferuje usługę transportu z lotniska w cenie Graba - warto jednak zostawić pieniądze bezpośrednio u niego a nie w korporacji ;) Serdecznie polecam to miejsce !
