I loved the space and how centered it was in London. Walking distance to a lot of places. It was a great for my daughter to feel like home . The highlight was the amazing support from Hamza who communicated so amazingly when I needed help with things like the washing machine, paper towels etc . He was o on it I felt like I had my own butler or something . Made the stay much easier when I had questions etc, he was there to help bring down the bags too . I had an Airbnb cancellation on the day of my arrival and had to find a place quick and so happy this was avail for the period of time we needed.
I didn’t realize it was a basement apartment and no lift, but it was still fine and amazing, in the beginning I was a bit bummed about it but then I didn’t care cos it was so modern and spacious in there, and again, the support from hamza just made it extra comfortable .
