Accommodating staff (specially Ms. Mel). Very friendly and responsive.
The unit is very clean and near the elevator.
The view is spectacular. Very easy chekin and checkout.
Great Location is accessible to restos, mall and lrt station.
I kindly suggest to provide free trash bags and since we have kids, tabo & balde . Though i wasnt able to ask for these.
Some reminders were not discussed like where to bring the garbage and one of the electrical outlet was not suitable to the microwave.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'emplacement dans la rue Adriatico ! La vue du 22e étage est superbe avec la mer. L'appartement est très confortable, bien équipé et fonctionnel.
Le gros problème pour moi en fauteuil roulant, c'est que je me suis fié au descriptif de l'annonce qui dit «Logement entier accessible en fauteuil roulant" or les deux salles de bains ne sont pas du tout accessibles avec un fauteuil roulant. La porte est trop étroite et pourtant mon fauteuil n'est vraiment pas large, l'espace très restreint ne permet pas de rentrer avec un fauteuil roulant. J'étais accompagné et j'ai pu me faire aider pour aller sur les WC mais pour les douches : impossible !
