Het zwembad, de goede airconditioning en goede faciliteiten in het huisje
Eigenlijk was alles prima. Er zit wel een fabriek vlakbij, die soms wat kabaal heeft. Maar dat is niet de hele dag.

Persoonlijke ontvangst door de host.
Mankementen in het appartement werden onmiddellijk hersteld. De bedden waren heel goed. Alles is met de auto op 5 minuten te bereiken (grote supermarkt, centrum van Colico, gezellige haven en het strand.)
Als je twee weken boekt, is een automatische wissel van handdoeken en beddengoed geen overbodige luxe. De klant zou dit niet moeten vragen.

We really liked the layout, and the equipment was quite good. The rooms inside were spacious, with plenty of large wardrobes, and overall the staff were very responsive. Any issues that came up were resolved quickly, and we had no problems at all during check-in or check-out. The swimming pool was also very good, with sunbeds and umbrellas available right by the pool. In general, it is a rather quiet place.
The location of the property leaves much to be desired, as it is surrounded by industrial sites, unfinished buildings, and even a rusty greenhouse. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, with old mattresses stacked on top of each other. Internet quality was poor — extremely slow and unstable. There is no kettle, and the small pot provided is not enough to boil water even for two cups.
There seems to be an air-conditioning system, but as we were told, it is controlled remotely by the owner. In practice, you can consider that it is almost not available — the air inside is very stuffy, you cannot adjust it yourself, and whenever you open a window or door to go outside, it switches off and must be restarted manually.
Although the villa looks very attractive in the photos, with a nice pool and inviting presentation, the reality is different. It feels more like a small “oasis” placed in the middle of a not very pleasant neighborhood. In our opinion, this place is suitable for a short stay or as a stopover while traveling and visiting museums, but it is not comfortable for a longer stay.
