Location is Excellent. Clean and good. Children and aged people should be careful while using stair. All others are fine.

The location is very near train station Honjo-Azumabashi and Solamachi Mall/Tojyo Sky Tree, it has a washing machine😊
There is no elevator, we were glad we were booked on the 3rd floor only,but nevertheless, having a luggage locker offset this, we were able to leave behind our luggages and still roam Tokyo with our remaining time before going to Narita Airport.

It was in a residential area no noise
Futons were slightly thinner which makes the sleep uncomfortable. But it was manageable

ベットルームが広く、ダブルベットが２つ繋がっていて
子ども連れには寝やすかった
パッと見は綺麗だが
細かいところ（部屋の隅、ソファの下、換気口、
特に、洗濯機、ポットはカビ臭かった。）は清潔ではなかったです。
