Property was clean, very large for Tokyo. Room are spacious and the property has good amenities. The property is quiet which is also nice. The check-in process was surprisingly smooth and straight forward but do note that luggage storage is unavailable and check-in times are fixed as my flight was super early I ended up booking an additional day.
Bed was a bit hard. AC in one of the bedrooms broke, the staff fixed it promptly but it was a bit of a inconvenience as it needed 2 visits and a bit of back and forth with the company. Location is generally good, but not as close to things as some other accommodations in Tokyo

Quiet and clean, very spacious.
The bed is very hard. My limbs fell asleep a few times, so I had trouble sleeping.
