En el centro de Kusadasi antiguo, cerca del paseo Atatürk y puerto. Apartamento muy bien equipado (habitaciones, cocina-comedor y baño), con disponibilidad de parking exterior y ascensor. Pero para acceder al apartamento y al parking es necesario ir en contradirección unos 250 m, no hay otra alternativa si viajas en coche partícular. Tardamos casi una hora dando vueltas hasta que constatamos este condicionante.

Apartamento con poca luz natural, pero si se usa como estancia de paso puede no ser un inconveniente relevante. El parking exterior dispone de un cuidador, pero es necesario llegar a un entente cordial con otros vecinos que pueden ocupar el parking sin tener,aparentemente, derecho de uso. De todas formas, disponer de parking en zona centrica incluido en el precio es un aspecto a considerar.

Las habitaciones son amplias y confortables. El departamento está perfectamente equipado. Está muy bien ubicado, en el centro de la ciudad. Es silencioso y moderno. El propietario nos indicó los tips necesarios.
