Amazing!

Amazing location, very central and access to public transportation within blocks. Pristine clean. Responsive host.

Some drawers to store clothes were broken. The furniture is low quality which is a bit disappointing given the location and service.

Excellent value & location

Location, clean, bright & airy. Excellent proportions.

No concierge service to hold luggage but that’s just a preference as they don’t claim to & did provide a link to a baggage hold in the area.

Once we got inside, we loved our stay and would highly recommend this London apartment to anyone!

This was an excellent property. The apartment was in an awesome location, was spacious, clean and well appointed. Just a few hundred metres from transport, Soho and Marylebone, I highly recommend this as a place to say in London. We loved staying here!

The only issue was getting into the apartment. This was difficult and the host was not overly responsive. We were given an incorrect door code and then could not retrieve the keys from the lock box. it took a while for us to contact the host to finally get into the apartment.

Great service and location. Responsive on WhatsApp

Amazing apartment both in terms of location. Size and convenience. On a happening busy street in London - Great Portland St. Amazing kitchen. It’s quite spacious and has 3 bathrooms . One for each room . Also great service . They lent us adapters for US devices . We are visiting from the United States and discovered we did not have the right adapters though we bought them at Curry’s.

Nothing to dislike really. Given how hard it is to find a good apartment I’d say this is a wonderful place. However most apartments or private flats/homes do not have AC in UK - I learnt that the hard way Nothing prepared us for the heatwave ! Luckily they have a portable AC in the living room: we slept in the living room itself which made a difference. All guests cannot shower at the same time which is the problem with most older properties. So I did not think that’s an issue with this property alone . I’ve lived in nyc so quite familiar with this
