La ubicación y que había lavadora en el apartamento, así pudimos llevarnos la mitad de ropa para más días.
Aunque era una quinta planta hacia ascensor.
El apartamento esta muy bien insonorizado.
No hay microondas en el apartamento.
La mampara de la ducha no tiene puerta y se sale el agua fuera.
Las ventanas son muy grandes y no tienen persianas. Enfrente hay una casa iluminada toda la noche y la luz se filtra por las cortinas que no tapan las ventanas al completo. Eso es muy incómodo.
Además el sistema de apertura de puertas es un lío. Incluso tuvimos que ayudar a varios huéspedes del apartamento de enfrente a abrir y cerrar porque tampoco lo entendían.
El edificio en si está hecho una 💩 y aunque tiene ascensor solo caben dos personas delgadas.
El apartamento no tiene sofá.
En la cocina hay una mesa muy grande con cuatro sillas. En un apartamento para 1 ó 2 personas basta con una mesa más pequeña y dos sillas. Y quedaría hueco para un sofá.
Tampoco hay manera de entender cómo funciona la tele. Optamos por Rakuten porque es gratis, y vimos los mismos programas los siete días.

El apto estaba muy bien, acogedor para 2 personas, muy limpio y muy centrico
Tuvimos un retraso en el vuelo, llegamos a las 3.00 am, y la clave que nos dió no era válida. Tuvimos problemas para acceder a la vivienda. Tuvimos que llamar al anfitrión y entre el idioma y las explicaciones, nos costó entrar en la casa, casi hacia las 4.00 am. Una vez entramos todo fenomenal. La página del apto, mezcla las fotos de los 2 apto que tiene, uno es mas grande y el otro mas pequeño, deberia de mejorar eso, porque no sabiamos realmente cual era el nuestro, ni el n° de piso y la puerta. Una vez por tfno nos lo aclaro.

Location, a lot of mirrors. Rest of equippments was OK.
Communication with host was OK, but not more. Have had 11 hosts in the last 6 weeks, all! were a lot better. At least, I could reach him by phone, being in front of the appartment at 6 pm, not gotten any check-in Information till then.
The toilet puts water out, if you press normal, so it’s annoying, even, if you can handle it by time…
But 2 things really annoying points for me:
1. You have one main entrance, for the 2 appartments. But, the doors, and their locks, make A LOT of noise. Even in bed, with closed doors, you can hear clearly neighbours get in and out…
2. My neighbours had kids. And kids make noises, normal! But, it’s not my problem, if I book a room, that, i get home at 4-5 am, but cannot sleep Saturday and Sunday morning, because kids are cryying or making a lot of noises (noise comes from main door, and bathroom!, so no chance avoiding.) and I coudn’t sleep anymore after 8-9 am… .
