The privacy
Thar the fridge wasn't full of alcohol for when I arrived. Next time I recommend putting a six pack of bullet bourbon and Woodstock 5% and a couple of 4 x packs of assorted Vodka Cruises. Next time I rent it out don't make the same mistake because it could result in unnecessary damage

The owner was very helpful and friendly. He met us on arrival and helped with security gate, parking and access to the accommodation.
Pet friendly which was appreciated.
the accommodation was on the ground floor and the noise coming from the residents above was overpowering. All afternoon and evening and then from 4am in the morning. Very loud stomping, pacing, dragging - it was awful.
The TV was stuck on one channel (9) and whilst worked during the evening there was no signal to watch anything in the morning. No instruction booklet on how to gain access to any other channels etc.
Would ask for top floor if we stayed there again.
