excellent location, very clean, helpful staff, nice space/decor/seating and sleeping areas, and fans for the heat wave
electrical issues- some plugs didn't work, and a couple of lightbulbs were out

Great location. Tidy and cool inside. Everything needed for a short stay. Although there is no ac, the building design and fans meant we stayed cool despite 30+ heat outside.

Location was excellent.
Beds very comfortable.
Quiet despite location, set back from busy piazza (many restaurants) with inner courtyard.
Toilet seat is (still) broken. Lucky we are quite agile and able to rectify our seating position rapidly to avoid an undignified fall. Core strength needed for toilet activities.
Description of apartment says non smoking but a very strong smoke stench pervaded the apartment. There was also an oversized ashtray in the kitchen 🤷🏼♀️ If we knew this, we would not have booked this accommodation.
Supplies very light - four coffee pods and three sugar sachets for two people for two nights. Supermarket a short 5 min walk.
By far our biggest complaint was the absolute lack of communication re left luggage. I asked numerous times, whether this was possible when we arrived before the check in time. We had no response, except to ask, too late, the name of the booking, even though I signed off on each communication with my full name. Upon arrival at Como we had to find our own left luggage (€22) Information prior to the event is essential and left a foul taste for our first day.
It’s seems once payment is made, manager/owner is indifferent to communicating.
Online check-in took 30
Minutes despite claim it would be 2 mins.
