The villa is great, it has all the amenities you can ask for. Nice view, great kitchen, the hosts are very kind and they let us check out 2h later to accomodate our baby's sleeping schedule. It's remote enough to have a nice view yet 6min by car to a big supermarket, 12min to a nice beach club etc.
Cleanliness could have been better. Lots of spider webs and the cleaning was rather superficial. Overall the villa is not greatly maintained (probably because of the 3rd party that handles the admin), e.g. the deck outside is dried out and discolored (vs the photos). There is a construction site next to it and all of the outdoor furniture gathers dust (lots!) everyday. The sunbeds haven't been cleaned in a LONG time.

The villa is beautiful, exactly as you see on the pictures. Excellent views and equipped with everything you need, they have inflatables for the pool as well. Gym was well equipped and we used it a few times which is a bonus, also loved the table tennis!
Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here, all bedrooms had an en suite as well which was nice. Great for groups, fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook too.
You can also watch people playing golf from the balconies which is cool.
Just an FYI the fourth bedroom is on the same floor as kitchen and living room, it doesn’t have a full bed just a sofa bed. The three bedrooms on the top floor were large double beds. All rooms have an en suite though.
