This was a very well appointed property, it was spacious and clean and had everything we needed to have a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Nothing really, in common with a lot of Japanese houses I have stayed ,there is little space to stack dishes for drying. But that hardly matters the key point here is this is a very nice place to stay with an exceptional level of facilities and a real sense that the host wanted to ensure that their guests had the best possible experience.

Guesthouse is located in a quiet neighborhood (positive) but then it is farther from metro or train stations (negative). It was fairly clean (see note in the negative section), quite spacious. Beds are comfortable. Manager responded quickly to our request of having extra towels.
It was missing a few amenities to make the stay perfect: no foot towel for the shower and only 1 towel per person for 5 night-stay (had to ask for extra towels to compensate), no dish rack to dry dishes. Layout of the apartment is a bit weird. About cleanliness: my husband had to clean the filter in the bathroom fan and the AC units could use a cleaning, considering they are used constantly. And there was a body odor smell coming from the entrance of the unit, that lingered throughout the stay.

The apartment is located in a quiet street, within walking distance (10-20 mins walk depending on station) of many stations. The apartment was clean, and many of the appliances looked to be new.
There is no one from the management team on site, but they were always quick to respond via message, and were very helpful.
The instructions for how to use some of the items in the flat, such as the washing machine and clothes drying fan setting in the bathroom could have been clearer, but explanations were quickly forthcoming from the apartment management team when needed
