The apartment was really clean and had great facilities. It was a great location, close to convenience stores and a short walk to Ueno main streets. It was fantastic to have a kitchen, living room, separate bedrooms and laundry facilities! A very quiet street which made for a great night sleep in very comfy beds.
I don't have any complaints! Any issues we had were solved by reading the check in instructions properly and using google translate to operate things.

The property is conveniently located near Ueno Station for connections all around Tokyo, and it is easy to reach the Asakusa and Skytree areas via foot or train. The rooms were clean and the house is spacious compared to other accommodation within Japan. Towels and toiletries were provided. We had a great stay.
The toilet is on the ground floor which is a little inconvenient for those sleeping on the third floor. But you can choose to sleep on the sofa bed if its too inconvenient for elderly etc.
