El personal es extremadamente amable, la ubicación es excelente, en cuanto a precio calidad para ser tokyo y estar cerca de la estación de Ueno la verdad es que el precio es excelente además incluye el desayuno.
Lo principal y más importante su servicio de internet es malísimo, yo necesitaba conectarme para algunas reuniones de trabajo y me fue imposible. Por otra parte si eres alguien joven y quieres llevar visitas a tu habitación no dejan entrar a nadie que no seas tú lo cual se me hizo un poco pasado de moda pues yo quería platicar con amigos en mi habitación y pues de plano no los dejaron pasar.

ユニットバスなので、トイレが狭かったです。
