Tiny but clean and all services provided.
Advertised laundry facilities but these were always extremely busy and we were unable to use.

Location - direct opposite Ueno station
We stayed in a standard double room and the bed was a bit small, smaller than Queen size. Also the bed was with 1 side against the wall which maked it difficult for the person sleeping on that side to enter.

Convenient location.
1. Room photo on Booking.com is misleading. I didn’t realize that one side of the bed is against the wall not shown in the photo. Totally a pet peeve of mine.
2. Breakfast was decent. We sat at the window wall facing the street. The adjacent trellis was dirty and the “garden” outside was unkempt and unsightly.
