Although the hotel is a bit older, the rooms and facilities are extremely clean and well-maintained. It was raining when I arrived and when I checked out, but the staff were so kind and helpful, carrying my luggage up and down the stairs both times. I was truly touched by their amazing service. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

hotel at good location, 5min walk from ueno station, walkable to many restaurants and sightseeing spots. Also near to Keisei Skyliner, travelling to/from Narita was quick.
Hotel is clean and room has enough space for 2 of us, and open our luggage was easy.
The laundry room is a bonus, and there is ice and water dispenser too.
Another plus point, the ground floor restaurant serves great food! Breakfast was yummy and service was good.

Friendly desk staff. Comfortable room. Close to ueno station. Near a family mart. The laundry service was outstanding! My clothes came back pristine and individually wrap just like new garments.
Bed very firm! ( I got used to it). Only got one towel and one pillow . Couldn’t just buy a morning coffee in the restaurant- it was buffet breakfast only.

Location
My room had 3 windows, none of them would open for fresh air. The windows where full of dust as same as the bathroom vent above the shower.
