Surprisingly large space. Comfortable bed, hard a small kitchen area that provides what you need. The shower and toilet are in 2 separate rooms which would be nice for 2 person stays. Didn't really affect me as a solo traveller.
The location is near Ueno station, a major transit hub. And also close to a more minor transit station.
Large TV was nice for lazy late nights.
Check in and out was super simple.
I was on the ground floor so I didn't need to use the stairs. But they seemed rather tight to bring a suitcase up.

Property was in a great location, quiet and not far to walk to Ueno station.
Not suited for families with younger children if booking as a family of 6, each room is accessible through a stairwell into each room above, teenagers would be fine. Facilities were great very modern cannot fault, also the stair case is also very vertical, and no elevator, goodluck carrying heavy suitcases !!
