Pulizia della camera, siamo riusciti a fare il check-in anche alle 21:30, anche se era entro le 21. Lo staff è stato davvero gentilissimo e disponibile quando gli abbiamo detto che avremmo fatto tardi.
Forse la stanza un pò piccola. Ma è standard in Giappone

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the location was very good (although not the closest to the metro, but still very reasonable). All was clean and tidy.
The room was just very tiny. We stayed one night so it was fine, but otherwise it's more or a one (small) person room, not two people.

First of all, the hotel staff were truly kind and attentive, and they deserve a lot of praise. The cleaning staff in particular were very friendly, and we really appreciated their effort.
However, the room itself was extremely small—the smallest we have ever stayed in. There were also some practical issues: the shower curtain did not properly cover the bathtub, stopping at the same height, which caused water to leak onto the bathroom floor and made everything wet.
Additionally, the room curtains were the same size as the window but loosely draped, so they did not fully block the light. As a result, the room was always quite bright, which was not ideal, especially when we were unwell and wanted to rest or watch TV. We ended up having to block the light ourselves to make the room more comfortable.
