Staff are nice and accommodating. They let me leave my luggage in lobby after checking out and marked it for safety.
The breakfast included is a bento box and green tea that is exactly the same every day. My room had a few stains on the wall, looked like food splatters.

Conveniently located close to Ueno Station where it is easy to travel from to many parts of Tokyo and outside. Nice and friendly and very helpful staff. Lots of interesting places to visit within walking distance, including shopping, eating places and historical locations.
Rooms are very small but was suitable for me and my daughter to stay for 10 days and we managed well with our suitcases

Great location, nice staff
The walls were dirty, with cofre and maybe blood stains. Found hairs in my bed that were not mine, I have short hair and it was a long one
