The cleanliness of room and the friendliness of the staff
The open air space on the floors making it very exposed to weather conditions.

The hotel is clean, and providing two pillows per guest is a welcome touch.
However, the room size is extremely small, with the bed positioned just one step from the door. Overall, considering the limited space, the price is relatively high compared to other nearby hotels.
