Camere molto piccole e scomode

La posizione è molto comoda

Le dimensioni della camera e la sua comodità veramente scadenti. Non si può pensare che persone che arrivano dall'estero, in 3, possano stare in una camera così minuscola dove a mala pena si può passare in 2 per entrare e senza lo spazio materiale per mettere i bagagli.

Okay for a 1 night stay or two

Room and bathroom were big by Tokyo standards. Price offered was competitive in the Ueno area.

I think the hotel should not use stained or torn bedsheets anymore, even if they were cleaned or laundered. There is no free bottled or drinking water machine offered in the room or on the floor. Hotel entrance has a lot of steps, not wheelchair or luggage friendly. Location is near to the Irya gate of Ueno station but in a quieter area, further from the bustle of eateries and shops of Ueno.

Will never go back there again.

It was dirty, the dust collection in the room was atrocious. Hubby sneeze constantly and when I said something to the staff they didn’t care. We wanted to cancel our second booking we had to come back there but we weren’t able too without having to pay for the room. When we came back to the hotel for our second stay I questioned them about our bill which they added a 5% extra charge and said it was booking.com charge. Both denied this but that charge was there. When I also told them about the dirtiness of the last room we previously had we were put in a dark smelly room where the carpet was stinky. I felt very uncomfortable coming back to our room from our days out and couldn’t wait to leave. We did not get this in other hotel in Japan.

静かでとても良かったです

駅から近く立地が◎ とても静かで良いですお風呂は小さいけど目の前に銭湯がありそちらでゆっくりできるのでお得でした。スタッフさんも落ち着いていて安心できました。

お風呂場の汚れは結構ありました少しかびくさいかも

・安定のマイステイズチェーン、清潔キレイ・浅草に近い・夜静か

・稲荷町駅からは近いが、上野駅から微妙に遠い (特に酔っていると行きにくい)

朝食のオープンサンドのパン生地がとても硬くてたべれなかったこと！2日とも硬くて食べられず最後は外へ牛丼を買いにいきました！　1000円でこれは酷すぎ！

Very Small Rooms without facilities

I liked the staff member who cooperated in installing an additional wifi router because the room internet was also very bad.

Very small rooms. No space for movement even. There is no wardobe nor is there anything to put your stuff in. Absolutely no value for the amount we paid. We stayed for five nights and paid 58000 JY. I will never recommend this hotel for tourists with family specially.

Location is excellent. In a nice area and close to the metro.

No step free access to reception…..so have to haul the luggage up the outer and then the inner steps to reach the reception desk.

You will get money's worth

I like the fact that they have freebies for us to get like facial care and fresh new pajamas, towels ready everyday. I also like that the hotel is near a metro and convenience stores. The hotel even provided a phone charger in the room.

None. The staff were helpful and friendly. ☺️😊👍 but i do suggest you upgrade your tv to smart tv.

This is not a family friendly hotel with old family members or with kids with stroller.

Close to Ueno Metro Station

The entrance and the hallway going to the lobby were made of stairs WITHOUT THE RAMP. So to reach to the lobby upon arrival, you will literally ‘CARRY or LIFT’ your own luggages and do the same thing upon checking out. This is not a family friendly hotel with old family members or with kids with stroller.

Disappointing

Location was good. But then again, in Tokyo pretty much anywhere near a subway station is well connected.

Too small. Wifi didn't work properly. Had to literally sit at the door to get any reception. Staff weren't very helpful. Only stay here if you're desperate for a place to sleep.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood yet within walking distance to train station, restaurants and shops.

There was no ramp access. We need to carry our luggage up/down two flights of steps. The air conditioning is centrally controlled. It is in heating mode when the outside temperature is around 20 degrees Celsius. It was too warm. We had to open the windows for cooler ventilation.

A quiet location and conveniently close to Ueno station. Staff were helpful. Value for money.

The room was stuffy, ventilation not good. Staff suggested us to open windows when we feedback the room was hot. Cleanliness could be improved. Dust on window sill, bed head board and power cord of water boiler.
