Great location. Very clean room and hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast (there was rotation on the buffet and plenty of Japanese options). Amenities (e.g. toothbrushes) were available at the reception, free of charge.
The room was really small (superior double - 14 m²), making some simple things (such as using your luggage) difficult. Although, to be fair, most Tokyo rooms seem to be of similar size. The bathroom was small too, making things difficult.

Location: critical for a family like ours, small kids and using metro all the time. The station is ~100m from the hotel and the Ginza line easily takes you everywhere though many connections possibilities. Still on location, Ueno park is nearby for a short and good run. Breakfast: top! I was not a fan of typical japanese/asian breakfast, but MYSTAYS kitchen made me change my mind. Toktosu egg friend chicken will be always remembered! Last but no least: laundry is on opposite side of the block, cheap and easy to use. Critical for a family and long stay.
Booking.com algorithm had an issue for our family and one room was not enough, we had to get an additional one. Staff were friendly and helpful on finding a reasonable solution. Blackout curtains could be improved.
