I choose this for its location for airport transit - I also just love staying in the Ueno area since its a bit more chill but central. This was a great hotel - easy to get to and really clean and quiet rooms with friendly staff.

The location is great near to ginza line you can travel across the main cities
When we checked in early we were grateful with their morning shift guy he accomodated and checked in us early even if check in should be 3pm .
Well its cramped but ofcourse like most, however the main thing we didnt like was its dusty, our allergies flared up

The staff were amazing and very helpful. The room and the building was very clean.
The rooms are quite small and with lots of suitcases we barely had any space to move around.
