Not trustworthy

They were unaware of my booking and when I called them to inform the arrival time, they didn't pickup and called back again and said that they did not receive the booking intimation and the accomodation is not available for various reasons. These kind of accommodations are not reliable and trustworthy

Not Satisfactory.

I stayed at this hotel yesterday, and unfortunately my experience was not satisfactory. The room was not cleaned properly. There was trash left under the bed, which showed a lack of housekeeping attention. There was a strong unpleasant smell coming from the toilet, and the odor could be noticed throughout the room. The streetlight outside shone directly into the room, making it difficult to sleep at night. There were also a lot of mosquitoes. Drinking water was not available consistently. In the morning, the water in the can provided did not appear clean. There was only one charging point in the room, and it was already occupied by a mosquito repellent device, making it inconvenient to charge personal devices. The bathroom floor mat did not absorb water properly and was not useful. Basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, toothpaste, and a toothbrush were not provided. The towel supplied was also not clean and was below acceptable standards. Overall, the room maintenance, cleanliness, and guest amenities need significant improvement. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues and improve the experience for future guests. Rating: 2/5 ⭐⭐☆☆☆
