Very comfortable
Newer furniture for balcony and removing some items from balcony to make it a more usable space in what is a very peaceful part of Dublin despite its location !

Location was great!
Lock box was on a bike rack with around 12 other lock boxes. Our code opened a box which did not have the keys to our apartment. We had to go back to find our keys and return the others. Access to the property was impeded by roadworks which made entry a nightmare. A heads up re the situation would have been welcome. More accurate entry instructions would also have assisted- photos of the property were provided but from a high level view not street view so it was hard to interpret. Hot water needed to be boosted several times. Bedside lamps did not work, very noisy area and not just because of the roadworks
