We were traveling with our 11-month-old baby, and at first we were a little hesitant about booking this place because we noticed there were stairs. But we are SO glad we decided to stay here!
This is honestly one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. The host was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful, and the apartment was extremely family-friendly. There were lots of toys for children, as well as a baby cot, baby bathtub and a child toilet seat — everything we could possibly need when traveling with a baby.
The apartment was spotless, very clean and beautifully maintained, and all the facilities and furnishings felt new and well taken care of.
We had such a wonderful experience here and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We would absolutely come back again and highly recommend this place, especially to families with young children! ❤️

Firstly, contact with the owner was almost immediate! When asking a question, I received a response straight away, very helpful and friendly. The accommodation itself was very spacious and really clean. It was comfortable and great size for a family of 5 and 2 Huskys (all adults). We didn't need to bring anything for the kitchen and the huge TV in the lounge was really welcomed, many places we have stayed at don't even bother hooking the TV up, but here we could watch Netflix, Prime, loads of streaming in any chosen language. This was helpful on a rainy day and a family movie night. The location was great, right up close to the goings-on of Domaso, but tucked away enough that the noise from the promenade didn't reach us at all. The price for a stay of 6 days, 5 people, 2 dogs right at Lake Como was unbeatable and if we're ever in the area again, well definately book here.

Unkomplizierte Schlüssel Übergabe, tolle Lage, großer Fernseher im Erdgeschoss. Die beiden Klimaanlagen unten im Erdgeschoss funktionierten gut.
Klimaanlage im oberen Geschoss funktionierte nicht richtig bzw. hatte viel zu wenig Power! Ein Schlafzimmer wurde nur ein wenig gekühlt, in den anderen beiden Schlafzimmern oben, war es erdrückend heiß! Die Klimaanlage oben ist einfach insgesamt zu schwach! Dies lag nicht an den Temperaturen draußen, denn im Wohnzimmer haben die beiden Klimaanlagen ja auch gut funktioniert!
Sauberkeit ließ leider auch zu wünschen übrig (Spinnenweben, Dreck in den Ecken, Essenskrümmel auf der Couch, als wir sie ausgezogen haben).
Beim duschen wurde das halbe Bad überschwemmt, weil die Konstruktion der Dusche nicht gut war. Aber das war nicht so schlimm. Am schlimmsten war wirklich, dass die Klimaanlage oben viel zu schwach war. Dadurch mussten wir alle im Wohnzimmer schlafen, weil es keiner oben ausgehalten hätte nachts.
Wir haben den Gastgeber auf das Problem hingewiesen und er hat sich lediglich raus geredet, dass es an den hohen Temperaturen zur Zeit in Italien liegt. Aber das war eine Ausrede.
Als wir fragten, ob es noch irgendwo im Haus Toilettenpapier Rollen und evtl noch ein paar Handtücher gibt, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass dies 5 Sterne Hotel ist. Freundlichkeit sieht anders aus.
