The apartment was very clean and comfortable.The staff was so nice and responsive,they explained all we needed to know about area.Enormous Seaview from our balcony.All you need is just downstairs.The apartment was well equipped with all you need.So nice stay.Highly recommend this beautiful apartment

Great location, at the beginning good communication with host, he allowed early check in. Effortless self checking. Apartment is big, with all facilities you need, beautiful view, 2 minutes walking distance from beach, restaurants, shop. Durres is clean, with nice people and food. Restaurants are not expensive so we will visit the town again for sure.
Everything is loose and unstable, the bathroom is full of mold, and the plaster is falling off the terrace. There are enough wardrobes, but they are all packed with unnecessary things, so there was hardly any space for our luggage. We paid cca €180 per night, which is more expensive than most accommodations in Durrës, but we simply did not get the value for our money.

L'appartement est spacieux et propre.
La vue terrasse est superbe.
La literie confortable. La climatisation fonctionne très bien.
L'emplacement idéal pour la plage, restaurant et commerce.
Le jacuzzi ne fonctionne pas.
Il n’y a pas de cafetière et les couverts ou ustensiles de cuisine manquent pour certains.
Les brûleurs à gaz ne fonctionnent pas.
Une des douche n’a pas de rideau complet.
La rue est très bruyante jusqu'à tres tard la nuit en Août (voitures, moto, alarmes et musique) difficile de dormir.
