La spiaggia dove ho affittato lettini e ombrellone
Complimenti a chi ha scattato le fotografie perché in realtà l alloggio è più simile ad una autorimessa. Ma
fosse solo questo il problema…la cosa più grave è che solo dopo aver prenotato e pagato scopri dall’ agenzia che lo gestisce che:
- Il sovrapprezzo per il cane per due giorni è 100€
- Che le lenzuola non ci sono ed hanno un costo di noleggio di 15€ a letto
- Che il set bagno non c’è ed ha un costo di 10€
Una volta arrivati scopriamo che i set prenotati non sono presenti, che mancano i telecomandi delle tv, chiamiamo la titolare dell agenzia che con tutta calma ci fa pervenire quanto lautamente pagato in una borsa della spesa della Lidl, non confezionati e macchiati, richiamo l agenzia che stenta a credere che sia sporchi e dopo aver discusso ci riporta altre lenzuola a suo dire lavati stirati da una nota lavanderia sempre non confezionati e sempre nella borsa della spesa.
Casa umida calda e poco funzionale, il letto a castello che si vede nella fotografia in realtà è in corridoio di fronte al bagno.
Termino i due giorni di vacanza al mattino alle 9 con il sopralluogo della titolare dell agenzia, che con arroganza mi fa notare che per terra c è qualche pelo del cane, mi intima di toglierli, in alternativa mi avrebbe addebitato altri 70€ di spese di pulizia.
Mi domando a cosa sono serviti i 100€ per il cane.
Esce dicendomi di non aver tempo da perdere, di pulire e di recarmi in agenzia per ritirare la cauzione.
Non ho mai visto in tutte le prenotazioni un appartamento così angusto e poco salubre e un agenzia, così nota ad Igea marina e che in teoria tratta con i clienti (in particolare la titolare) così maleducata altezzosa e arrogante. Voto 2
