Die Lage ist perfekt, 2 Bahnlinien sind in unmittelbarer Nähe - die Loop Line und die Hanshin Line (Fernbahn). In Nishikujo gibt es auch zahlreiche Bars und Restaurants, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Haus ist zwar klein, aber hat viele Schlafplätze und ist sehr sauber.
Es handelt sich um ein älteres, eher traditionell ausgestattetes Haus, das für Menschen über 1,70 m Körpergröße nicht gut geeignet ist. Die Futonbetten sind sehr hart für Europäer, die technische Ausstattung gewöhnungsbedürftig. Da das Haus schlecht gedämmt ist und die Fenster sehr einfach, ist es laut und im Winter kalt. Wenn die Klimaanlage durchgehend laufen muss, ist die Luft schnell sehr trocken. Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein. Es gibt auch keinen richtigen Essplatz, der für mehr als 2-3 Personen geeignet wäre.
