Worst Experience Ever - Do Not Book!
We had an absolutely terrible experience with this host. We booked and paid for two rooms with two beds for three people, but when we arrived, the host claimed we had only booked one room for three guests and insisted we pay extra for another room. Even though our booking confirmation clearly stated we had reserved a house with two rooms and two beds, we ended up with just one bed and a mattress on the floor in the same room.
To make matters worse, he tried to argue that there was a mistake on our phone. He even showed us his phone, where it also stated that the booking was for two rooms. Yet, he still refused to acknowledge the mistake and kept insisting we pay more for the additional room.
When we asked for a refund so we could leave and find another place, he refused. He kept making excuses, despite the fact that there were TWO EMPTY ROOMS and an entire EMPTY HOUSE available. It was incredibly frustrating to deal with someone so dishonest and unhelpful.
On top of everything, the Wi-Fi in the room was awful, and there were no towels or any basic toilet articles provided.
This host clearly had no interest in solving the issue and was more focused on causing problems for no reason. Do yourself a favor and avoid booking with this guy! Worst host in all of Indonesia – save your money and your peace of mind.
