Carol and George were amazing to communicate with, and VERY supportive!
Chef John was fantastic and Fanice also kept the place spotless.
Beautiful house, we loved the deck and the comfy beds.
The pool was great too!
We will go back there when back in Diani.
Apart from reading the property as "beachfront" online while it's a bit of a distance from the beach, everything else was great!

I liked that it was a pent house; giving a good view of the surrounding, keeping noise out and the monkeys that can be a menace. The house was also spacious, had enough cutlery to host big teams and the cleaning was done every other day keeping it clean. The bonus point was that there was a pool table which kept us very busy when we were not in the swimming pool.
The team wasn't ready for us when we arrived; we were held at the reception for quite some time to identify the house we were to occupy and there after the check-in team couldn't tell if we were to get all the 4 bedrooms or just 3 bedrooms which led to further delays. Later on, a pipe on one of the bathrooms burst rendering the whole place flooded. Luckily, the mess was cleaned up and plumbing done the next morning.
The swimming pool had a bit too much chlorine I believe, which affected our eyesight for a couple of hours everyday after swimming (Cloudy, blurry eyesight).
Our booked chef didn't show up, but luckily the host looked for a replacement the next day

I and my family loved the spacious rooms, the chef was exceptional, and the transfer they hired from the SGR to the Villa was smooth. Enjoyed the AC because Diani is hot 😭. We had an amazing stay for sure, though especially with such a kind host.
The water dispenser didn't really have any cold water, I hope that could be worked on for future guests. Some of the sunbeds around the pool could use a bit of painting, but other than that, the pool was refreshing.
