Airy light . V well equipped. Excellent shower , lovely bath. V near the sea front. V near West wittering

Coffee shop a bit noisy in the mornings. Bedroom over the entrance.

Really brilliant place to stay.

Really comfortable, couldn't be much closer to the beach and the coffee shop downstairs is amazing.
