The place itself was fantastic. Clean bathroom, functional laundry machine, super reliable wifi. The AC was so strong i had to turn it off sometimes.
The residential building complex is in a VERY poor area, so any time you want to leave the room you will be swarmed by beggars. Its not dangerous, but it does make leaving the complex... uncomfortable

I booked this unit for my partner a few times, the owner and staff were very helpful with any concerns, responding quickly and taking action right away. The unit was well-maintained and had everything needed for daily routines. Perhaps adding an iron and ironing board would further improve the unit.
The unit was clean but could be improved, microwave and laundry in the washing machine were missed. They even checked the unit while it was still occupied, it would be better if they had scheduled the visit when the unit was unoccupied.

I can hear the voice from outside. The smell of bathroom, i know it’s normal but at least have air freshener. I can’t sleep well because of noises and the door in the balcony is not lock.
