The location was excellent, and it was easy to get around. There were lots of shops and takeaways nearby, which made everything very convenient. The price was also good, offering good value for money.
You can hear the cars passing at night. The bathroom mats were dirty, the bedsheets had stains, the rug was dirty, and the sofas were also stained.
The heating was not working in the master bedroom, despite me raising this with the host. The cooker was also difficult to operate, and despite using AI for advice, I struggled to get it working. I eventually managed to get it working, but it kept switching itself off. There were no instructions provided on how to operate the appliances.
The corridors were dirty and dark. The apartment is also located right next to the fire exit, so every time someone uses it, you can hear a loud thud, which is particularly unsettling in the middle of the night.
Overall, the lack of cleanliness was particularly disappointing, especially when staying as a family. These are basic things that should be addressed to ensure guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay.
