Solo buena ubicación, pero hay miles de buenas ubicaciones.
lo único bueno que tiene es la ubicación, que está frente a la línea de playa que tiene una reserva de vegetación de 15 metros por medida judicial y allí está la playa. tiene algunos pasajes desde la calle que es paralela a la playa y está a 20 metros de la salida del edificio uno de los pasajes.
La entrega de las llaves se hizo a través de la inmobiliaria Renato Xavier. La dirección que figuraba en Booking no era la correcta según el Waze, y tuve que pedir que me enviaran la ubicación, y era al inicio de la Avenida Aderbal Ramos Da Silva, que es la avenida principal de la localidad (que es pequeña de 5 cuadras desde el Morro a la playa y por 20 aprox de punta a punta de la playa. Al llegar nos recibió Gabriela que fue a preguntar algo y le dijeron que debía acompañarnos hasta el apartamento que quedaría a 10 cuadras, allí se observó una mala cara y un rebuzno que propinó esta chica por tener que acompañarnos. Nos pidió que la siguieramos en moto (todo en portugués y señas), que iba a tanta velocidad que no la podíamos seguir por el empedrado de la ciudad (parecía apurada) y al llegar nos explicó muy rápidamente como se abría la puerta con la contraseña y nos mostró muy por encima el departamento. Le mostré que estaba roto un enchufe para que le sacara foto y no nos echaran la culpa, y nos contó que estaba roto el deposito de verduras de la heladera que también le sacó foto. Nosotros acostumbrados a que las personas que Alquilan por Booking sean muy amables y entrenados en atender al turista nos sorprendió. Luego nos dió su mano como un guante flaccido y se retiró Gabriela.
Alli recorrimos mejor el departamento, que tenía arena por los laterales del piso, grietas en las paredes. Debimos rastrear donde estaban los controles del aire acondicionado porque estaban escondidos dentro de placares. Tiene una ventana que dan a la playa en un lateral porque el departamento dá hacia un costado y ese es el lugar mas lindo, aunque no llega ahí el efecto del aire acondicionado que está del otro lado. Aqui no me deja escribir mas que esto. Pongo mi opínión a través de Google Maps: en Condominio Residencial Cote D´Azur que es donde está el apartamento...
