Wonderful stay from check-in to checkout. The [room type] was spotless and quiet, the staff were so welcoming, and the location made everything easy. Highly recommend!
One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Comfortable bed, great shower, and [staff member] at the front desk went above and beyond.
Perfect base for exploring [city]. Walkable to everything, clean modern rooms and excellent value. Booking again next trip.

1.The staffs at the reception desk and room service were very polite and responsive.
2. In service food was very tasty and of good quality and priced appropriately. (Definitely a star factor)
3. Spacious room for 4 people with 2 bathrooms attached, geyser available all the time, good AC, wifi access with good coverage.
4.The room was as shown in the reference pictures
1. The location is very disappointing. Located in a very narrow, single lane gully.
2.We went by SUV, which was quite difficult to both locate and travel via the narrow gully road, where others vehicles were also passing to n fro. We had to wait until all those vehicles cleared out. Definitely a minus for those arriving in a bigger car.
3.Although the towels were kept, they didn't look tidy enough to be used, floor wasn't mopped properly. Bathroom facilities were available but foul smell was emanating from one of the bathrooms.
4. They were rusting of door hinges, gel containers. The kettle provided was dirty.Only one big mirror inside the room.
5. Plug points could have been placed better, only one side of the bed has quick access to plug points.
5. I advise to check everything once before u settle and start using facilities. U need to inform the room service people to rectify then n there (they do respond immediately but not unless u say)

Neat and clean
WiFi was turned off by disabling the data connection and it was told that too many people have come hence WiFi is not working which was not the case.
If you have mentioned that accommodation is WiFi enabled then don't fool your guests.
If you think you have fooled them then you are fooling yourself.
