That view - could just stay on the first floor all day watching the waves.

Great location, fantastic large communal room upstairs. Great BBQ, kitchen etc. Large comfortable beds. Fast wifi and ocean views. Close to many wineries, Margaret River, walking tracks and more. There were four of us and a 3 month old baby and a dog and the house was ideal for our needs.
We had the upstairs master bedroom and it was great. The communal room upstairs was light and warm. Our friends were downstairs with the baby said it was cold. We were there during a cold snap though. I’d definitely stay again.

Perfect location as a starting point to start driving to attractions (Wineries, Sightseeing, cafes/restaurants). We've stayed here a couple times, and each time has been amazing. Weve noticed the upgrades since our last stay ie: No fireplace, upgraded table tennis table, upgraded BBQ. The views from the top balcony are amazing and the amenities are great. We will continue to book this place for our down south trips even if its just Me, The Wife and the Dog.

The views were absolutely outstanding, and the location couldn’t have been better, just a quick stroll to the beach. The house itself was very spacious, and the kids loved having their own area to relax and chill out. These parts of the stay were definitely highlights for us. Short drive to Margret River etc.
We enjoyed our time away, but there were several things at Grandview that fell short of expectations, especially for the price. We’ve stayed at much newer properties offering a far higher standard of cleanliness. The furniture was stained and had an unpleasant smell, and the overall accommodation felt quite dated. We also had a significant ant issue; I had to spray multiple times and continually clean them up. The bathroom sink was blocked and my sister ended up unblocking it herself, pulling out a lot of gunk and hair. There was also no coffee machine, which was disappointing. Just sharing this feedback in the hope it helps improve future guest experiences.
