What impressed me the most was the service. Every staff member was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. Even though there was a small language barrier, everyone genuinely tried their best to assist us, which made the experience even more heartwarming.
On the first day, I’m kinda very sensitive to the smell and I noticed slightly smell in the room. The female receptionist immediately ran upstairs to help and personally changed the room for us right away. There was a small misunderstanding at first, but another male staff member kindly helped carry our things and guided us to the new room and make sure that I’m fine with the new room. Their care and attention to guests were truly impressive.
I stayed for 3 nights with my sister , and every single day the housekeeping lady on 9 floor, cleaned the room and changed the towels. Everything was always very clean and well taken care of.
The location is also amazing only around 5–10 minutes from everything, whether it’s the fabric markets, shopping malls, or tourist attractions. But what I really loved is that the hotel is not located in a crowded or chaotic area, so it feels peaceful, quiet, and relaxing without traffic noise. And the convenience store downstairs, we love it so much. Definitely, come back!
The only downside was that there was only one elevator and it could be a bit slow sometimes

Fantastic location to the metro and food can be found across the road. Facilities are sufficient enough for our stay here for 9 nights. Free washing and drying facilities and free flow of drinking water makes it a comfortable stay. It's value for money.
The toilet door makes a loud squeaking sound when open. To be improved.
