Property was great had everything we needed. Nice and clean well kept and good location. Very chill area with lots to eat near by. The host was extremely helpful and communicating, they attended to anything we needed even last minutes changes we came across. I would say their service was spectacular, an absolutely 10 of 10. The service alone makes it worth staying at this property.
Not too big of a deal but the bathroom was a tight space with the washer/toilet/sink/shower being in such a small space but overall it’s kept very clean and it’s manageable. It’s just how some apartments are to be expected in Korea.

The location of the apartment is super near Konkuk Subway Line 2 and Airport Limosine. So you can either choose to go the apartment from ICN Airport by Airport Limosine or by Subway. Subway also has elevator so you do not have to worry about bringing your luggages up and down.
There are a lot of good restaurants there opening until midnight so after the concerts, you can easily find food to eat.
The host was super helpful and supportive, letting us leave the luggages inside the apartment before check-in time so that we can go around Seoul to explore immediately without having to worry about our luggages. He/she gave us clear instruction on how to get to the apartment, and how to check in too. We were very pleased to stay here and received a lot of support from the host. We will be back to Seoul soon and will definately stay here again.
The bathroom is a bit small so if you are really "easy to see", it may cause you some inconvenience but we are all very slim so it's not a trouble. And there is a small stair before you go to the apartment. If you are bringing really heavy and big luggages, please watch out. We are having 6 suitcases, each one is 15kg but we still managed to bring them up and down. Just a few steps anyway.
